Aluminum alloy quenching furnace is suitable for solution heat treatment and aging treatment of large and medium-sized aluminum alloy parts. During production, move the material frame on the underframe directly below the furnace cover, open the furnace door, put down the chain and hook to hang the material frame into the furnace, and heat it after closing the door. Quenching is to move the water tank under the furnace to directly below the furnace cover, then open the door, put down the chain and quench the material frame (workpiece) into the water.

Temperature control accuracy: 士1℃/ effective working size 

Users provide requirements/quenching transfer time of 8-12 seconds (adjustable)/quenching tank volume.

According to customer requirements, the time/quenching liquid temperature is 60-90℃ (adjustable).
