Main Uses: VOD refining furnace is making oxygen blowing.decarbonization,vacuum degassing,and alloy composition adjustment under vacuum,and it is mainly used for refining ultra-low carbon steel and electro iron,etc.VD refining furnace can degas liquid steel and adjust alloy composition under the condition of vacuum.
Main Features: VD/VOD refining furnace can use separate working position and double working position;vacuum tank can be installed in the overhead way,pit way,or vehicular;the transferring way of vacuum tank can adopt screw or car movement.
Device Components: Vacuum tank,tank cover and lifting system of cover,ladle,oxygen lance,vacuum feeding device, temperature sampling and observation systems,oxygen,argon gas system,cooling water system,vacuum pump.
